Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy
At Rattle and Co, we take great pride in the quality and condition of our handcrafted products. Each piece is unique, so slight differences in colors or prints from the images on our website are to be expected. Due to company policy and hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on products sold, except for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If there is a problem or defect with your product, please notify us immediately at hello@rattleand.co.
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns on our products. We encourage you to carefully review product details and size charts before making a purchase. If you have any pre-purchase questions regarding design or fit, please reach out to us at hello@rattleand.co or message us on whatsapp. Detailed size charts are available on our website for your reference.
We do not offer refunds on purchases as returns are not accepted. However, for exceptional circumstances, please contact us at hello@rattleand.co. Our team will review your request and work with you to address any concerns.
For Accessories : Due to hygiene reasons, we do not provide exchanges, refunds, or returns for accessories such as bibs, swaddles, and hair accessories.
For Clothing : We offer exchanges for size only. Please email us at hello@rattleand.co within 48 hours of receiving your product to initiate an exchange.
Once your exchange is confirmed, you will be required to ship the product back to us at your expense. We will ship the replacement back at our cost. Exchange requests will not be entertained via whatsapp. For all exchanges, we reserve the right to accept or decline the request based on the condition of the item.
For products that are defective or damaged upon receipt - please email us at hello@rattleand.co within 48 hours of receipt.
Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped. In such cases refund will be processed through the original means of payment within 10 working days. In case of COD orders, refund will be done via bank transfer. Please email us at hello@rattleand.co regarding order cancellation.
