Yes, we ship all over the country. Orders placed in India are catered to by safe and reliable courier companies like Delhivery. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to find an alternative solution to make your pieces reach you. At the moment we only ship within India. But we are working on shipping internationally and it will be available very soon.

It depends on where in the country you are. Orders are processed from our Delhi warehouse within 1-2 business days and further take 3-6 business days to arrive, depending on the distance from Delhi. Delivery and tracking details will be provided via email or sms once your order is shipped.

Prepaid orders above Rs. 700 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING. Orders below Rs. 700 are charged a basic fee of Rs. 50 across India. 

All our products are handcrafted from the heart. Each product is unique, and no two pieces are exactly the same. Which also means there may be slight differences in colors or print of the product from the image you see on the website. As company policy and due to hygiene reasons we don't offer exchange or refunds on products sold. We offer refunds only if the products are defective or damaged upon receipt. Hence, if there is a problem or defect with your product, please notify us immediately.

Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped. In such cases refund will be processed through the original means of payment within 10 working days. In case of COD orders, refund will be done via bank transfer. Please email us at hello@rattleand.co regarding order cancellation.

You can pay online on our website using net banking, your debit or credit card. We also accept all major wallets and UPI. Cash on delivery is possible across India. 

We offer cash on delivery, at an additional charge of Rs 100. Once you place a COD order on the website, you will receive a Whatsapp message or automated call to confirm your order. If you do not confirm the order, it will not be processed. Customers are required to make the full payment for their order before they open the package. The product once ordered and confirmed for is final; COD products cannot be tried or returned at the point of delivery. 

Sometimes this can happen due to a network error. Worry not, we are here to help. Simply send us a screenshot of the payment transaction at hello@rattleand.co and sit back. We will check the payment at our end and place your order manually.

We hand-stitch our bows so that they last a lifetime and can be yours or your little girl’s best friend. Our fabric accessories are completely washable by hand, just like regular clothes. Use a gentle soap and hand wash your bows, if they’ve become dirty. Dry them in shade, and just fix the shape with your hand or slightly iron them to bring them back to life. We do not recommend washing bows that aren’t completely made of fabric or have a leather/felt center.

For children below the age of 2, we usually recommend our super soft nylon headbands. If your baby has enough hair then you can opt for clips.

Our headbands are made from a supper soft and comfy nylon material that stretches to fit all sizes. It will fit a newborn baby, a toddler, and even an adult while keeping its shape. So it’s perfect for a little one as it doesn’t hurt their head or leave an impression
